• If you are arriving on your own, please be here 20 minutes before your activity starts
• It is preferable to pay in cash, otherwise, a 13% tax will be added to your total.

• Our tours take place even if it's raining, so there will be no cancellations due to bad weather. We only cancel or reschedule in the event of extreme conditions like a storm, torrential rain, or high winds.
