Corcovado National Park Guided Tour
- Duration: 7 Hours (approx.)
- Product code: P6MQ1J
Discover the heart of Costa Rica’s wildest paradise — Corcovado National Park.
Home to 2.5% of the world’s biodiversity, Corcovado is often described as the most biologically intense place on Earth. This protected rainforest shelters an incredible variety of flora and fauna, including tapirs, coatis, anteaters, several species of monkeys, and countless tropical birds. With a bit of luck, you might even spot a majestic puma roaming through the forest.
Your adventure begins with a 1.5-hour scenic boat ride to the San Pedrillo Ranger Station, where you’ll step into the lush primary and secondary rainforest. Led by a bilingual naturalist guide, you’ll embark on a 3-hour hike along Corcovado’s pristine trails, learning about the park’s unique ecosystems and the wildlife that calls it home.
After the hike, enjoy a delicious lunch at the ranger station surrounded by the sights and sounds of the jungle. The journey departs from Marino Ballena National Park, with a wet boarding at departure and a wet landing upon arrival at Corcovado — part of the authentic Costa Rican adventure experience.
